Start Service

If you are a new customer to Kaukauna Utilities or if you are simply moving from one address to another and are a current customer, you need to fill out an Application for Service for billing purposes. We must have two days advance notice to process your application.

Stop Service

Use this form only if you are moving out of the Kaukauna Utilities service area and are closing your account. You can also terminate service by calling our office at (920) 766-5721.

Upgrade Service

Kaukauna Utilities line crew is available on Tuesdays and Fridays to do service upgrades. KU does require a 48 hour notice for scheduling.
