Sign up to receive text alerts about power outages at your service address on our website, KaukaunaUtilities.com/Outages. Having a storm emergency kit is also beneficial. It should include candles, matches, working flashlight, battery powered radio, spare batteries, first-aid kit, water, and non-perishable snacks.
Attention City of Kaukauna sewer customers – Sewer rates increased effective July 1, 2023. Your current bill is pro-rated based on the old rate of $8.00/100 Cubic Feet of water use and new rate of $8.75/100 Cubic Feet of water use. The storm water rate is also pro-rated from $9.00/Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU) on impervious surfaces to $9.75/ERU. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at 920-462-0234.
