Please help us reduce energy and keep our roadways well lit. Day burners are streetlights that run continuously. They should shut off, but do not. This wastes energy and costs all of us money. Dark streetlights can be hazardous, especially during winter months. Attention City of Kaukauna sewer customers – Sewer rates increased effective January 1, 2023. Your current bill is pro-rated based on the old rate of $7.00/100 Cubic Feet of water use and new rate of $8.00/100 Cubic Feet of water use. The storm water rate is also pro-rated from $8.00/Equivalent Runoff Unit (ERU) on impervious surfaces to $9.00/ERU. If you have any questions, please call our customer service line at 920-462-0234.
