Kaukauna Utilities Announces New 5-Year Strategic Intent
Kaukauna Utilities is pleased to share our new 5-year Strategic Intent, developed by our leadership team with input from employee feedback and future-focused planning discussions held throughout last year.
This Strategic Intent reinforces our commitment to providing safe, reliable, and affordable power along with high-quality water service, while responsibly planning for the future. It reflects our mission to enhance quality of life and strengthen the communities we serve and is grounded in our core values of safety, customer focus, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Over the past several years, Kaukauna Utilities has made meaningful progress under its previous strategic plan. Since 2023, we’ve secured more than $4.5 million in grant funding, invested in modernizing infrastructure and technology, advanced sustainability efforts, and enhanced electric and water system resilience. We’ve also made considerable progress with preparing our workforce for the challenges ahead as well as ensuring the financial strength of the organization. These outcomes reflect our commitment not just to planning for the future but delivering real results for our customers.
Our work over the next five years will be guided by two focus areas – Thriving Workplace and Reliable and Sustainable Infrastructure – ensuring we continue to invest in our people, our systems, and the services our customers depend on every day.
