Attention Kaukauna Utilities Water Customers: August 1, 2025, water rates increased by 3%. Your current bill is pro-rated based on the number of days on the old rates and the new rates. A water rate summary will be included with your next monthly bill. Current rate tariffs and rate summary sheets are available on our website at kaukaunautilities.com. If you have any questions regarding this increase, please contact us at 920-462-0234.
Residential semi-annual hydrant flushing will begin on September 16, 2025. Flushing will take about 3 weeks to complete. If you notice the Kaukauna Utilities Water Department working in your area, please use as little water as possible for the next 45 minutes to avoid water discoloration.
We’re powering up the fun for our annual Community Night – a celebration of public power and family fun!
